Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@pawtraceapp.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Because each PawTrace tag is custom made with a unique QR code, we cannot accept returns on opened or registered tags. If you have not registered your tag and it is in original condition, you may be eligible for a return. Please contact us at hello@pawtraceapp.com with any questions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@pawtraceapp.com.
