SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Each PawTrace tag is custom made with a unique QR code, so please allow time for production before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. No minimum order required.

Delivery Times

Canada: 3-5 business days after dispatch

United States: 7-14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package through Canada Post.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pawtraceapp.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Customs and Duties

For US orders, customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. PawTrace is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
